Hi,

If you have run the ICW in the SBS server, and selected to allow access to
your Web-Based Mail Server in the Configure Packet Filtering section, then
the only thing you need to do from the Internet is to bring up a browser
such as IE, open http://your_static_IP/exchange and log in.

If you have a router/firewall before the SBS server, you will need to make
sure that it is properly allowing port TCP/80 through.

Regards,

Hi,
You need to put a check in "Enable ISA Server packet filtering", then you
need a check in "My Web Server", and finally you will be able to check "My
Web-base Mail Server".

Damian

Hi,

Is your default web site running? Do you have a default web site? Check by
using the Internet Services Management console.
Is the WWW Publishing service running? Check in Services.

Regards,
Damian

Hi Jay -

I'm not sure why you shouldn't be able to select My Web Server in the ICW -
but in all honesty, you really, Really, REALLY don't want to. Selecting to
allow access to My Web Server opens up port 80 on your server, which is one
of the most attacked ports. A more secure option is to use OWA over SSL -
to set that up, check out
http://www.smallbizserver.net/sbs2000/How_do_I_configure_OWA_with_SSL.aspx
