Hi, I have a user that is unable to access mails via OWA. When I chesked in
my Small Business Server Admin Console, I noticed under IIS>> Default Web
site the Public and Exchange folders have "error" marked before their names.
Can anyone guide me how to correct these errors.

Thanks
Leyland

If these are red error labels, you can click on the Default Web Site in the
left pane, select stop, then restart the Default Web Site. This should
clear the red marks. However, AFAIK the error labels don't affect the
operation of folders. It's just a timing issue during boot up where IIS
starts up before Exchange is fully loaded.

Is the OWA problem confined to just one external user?
Any error messages to report?
Have you tried rebooting the server?
