I have started the service for POP on my server and have started the default virtual POP3 Server but still can't access it from an email client
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'BSPOP', Server: 'blueskies1.blueskiesit.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0

All other mail throught OWA is running fine.

Hi,

Error 10060: "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did
not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection
failed because connected host has failed to respond. "

Have you got port 110 open on your firewall?
