Hi,

I have the following SBS2000 setup;

2 sites connected by 2mb link, 15 hosts using 2k pro & XP Pro.
site A has SBS server and DHCP superscope configured to serve site B
clients and all works fine apart from site B hosts not dynamically
registering with DNS. Site A no problem, i have imagined that if site
A was updating DNS ok then site B should also.
ROuters have DHCP forwading enabled (or DHCP) wouldnt work for site B,
is there something i have missed?

I have DNS set for SBS server first then forward to ISP.

Regards

interesting....2000 and up all know to dynamically register with DNS. The
question is: is it a superscope thing? Is it a WAN thing preventing it?
Is something else giving out the IP address? Is DNS on the DHCP machine?
