Hi Paris!
I do not know the answer to your question... but I really urge you to close
port 21 and do not use FTP. There have been too many posts regarding people
that get "hacked" because of having FTP running... remember that FTP doesn't
use any kind of encryption and the passwords are sent over plain-text. I
would setup VPN and from there you can use FTP or a folder.
BTW-> If you still want to repost you issue put a subject line that reads
something like "Help with FTP" or something like that... I think you are not
receiving responses because your thread got attached to an older one because
you used the same subject title (at least that is what happened in my case).
