If the big-hand is correct, and only the hours are out, I
would suspect your Time Zone setting.
If you are losing time as the day progresses, check the
RTC battery on the motherboard.
Other than that, set yourself up with an SNTP server to
confirm time at boot, or a third-party app that will synch
with Atomics whilst sat in your System Tray...
