Can someone give me a basic list of what I need to do to
set up VPN into our SBS2000 server? I have gone through
the setup process several times and I know im missing
something simple and stupid. I still cant connect to my
work LAN from home. I have set up the necessary fwding on
the router, but just cant get the server to pick up the
connection.. Thanks !

Thank you for posting your question.

The following knowledge base articles will help you configure VPN on SBS
2000:

320697 HOW TO: Turn On and Configure Inbound VPN Access in Small Business

Private Network in Windows XP

As a basic rule of thumb you want to start the SBS Admin console, click on
the "to do list" and run the SBS Internet connection wizard. This wizard
will assist you in configuring the correct ISA packet filters to allow VPN
connections
