The Drawing.RotateFlipType enumeration doesn't seem to populate it's values
correctly when it's dumped in a propertygrid. Instead of getting every
member of the enumeration available for selection, you get repeated values
of stuff like Rotate180FlipXY, Rotate90FlipXY. And most importantly all the
RotateNFlipNone (Where N is the degree of rotation) doesn't get populated.
