Hi Joris,
Thank you for your reply, I was hoping to find a different solution. I
asked this same question here a few months back and got a similar
reply. Frankly I am unimpressed with the Business Objects sales force.
When I tried to get information from Business Objects about Crystal
Enterprise, I was passed through customer service hell. No one I
talked to could answer my questions, I was either not in their
territory or my company was too big or to small or the person I needed
to talk to was out of the office and we'll connect you to their voice
mail with no callback ever. I tried for over 2 weeks to get a quote
from those guys before I gave up on them. Finally 2 months later
someone called me based on a form I had filled out on their website, I
told them that if they made it that hard on someone who wanted to give
them money for their product that their customer support after a
purchase must be non-existant.
I was hoping that some 3rd party vendor had developed a solution I
could use. Oh well...
Thanks again for taking the time to reply though, I appreciate you
taking the trouble.
