Hi,
The users of my site are using Issues lists in order to keep track of the
tasks they are assigned. The reason why they are using Issues lists instead
of tasks is because of the email that is sent when they are assigned an issue.
The biggest request I am getting is to be able to set-up a way to send
reminder emails, for example when an issue is close to the due date and when
the issue is late. How have you solved this problem? I can't be the only one
that wants this. I looked at CorasWorks but they do not provide this
functionality either.
