All the documents are stored in the database.
Itäs quite normal for you not to see the changes to a document if you look
at it a short time after having saved it. You will in that case be seeing
the version in the cache.
The document physically stored in the database has been changed however.
If you wait awhile / open a new browser copy etc. you will be able to see
it.
