Upload document sharepoint gets error

Hello,

I keep on getting this strange error while uploading a document larger
than 1mb to sharepoint.

The contentdb is in an sql server 2000 SP 3. In the eventlog I keep on
getting an insufficient memory error when I try to upload this
document.

I already checked if the compatibility level for the sql db is level
80, memory settings for the sqlserver are dynamically.

The standard settings for uploading documents on sharepoint are the
standard ones (50mb), so nothing is wrong here I assume...

The server has 2 gig ram.

When I upload the document in sharepoint, I get a "Form Validation
Error. The webserver is busy."


Can someone please give me some info on this?

Which SharePoint product and version are you running ?

It is SPS 2003 SP 2 and WSS SP2.

I see that you've also posted this question to the .portalserver newsgroup
and as you have SPS 2003 I suggest we here hand it over to them for
resolution.
