This used to work. My supervisor is the one who uses our Sharepoint Services
to create team sites etc. He claims he has been able to save sites as
templates in the past and created new sites from them. We do have our
content/configuration on a remote MSSQL Database server.
I verified i CAN create/edit/upload/delete content etc from the sharepoint
services. Nothing else appears out of the ordinary, but I am convinced a
setting/permission was changed either in the Sharepoint Central Configuration
or on the database.

When we try to save a Site as a template, i receive an ERROR
"Cannot open file "_catalogs/wt/xxxxx.stp".

I would appreciate any input on this issue.

Anyone able to give some insight on this problem? I am struggling with this
issue and have been unable to find anyone else who has encountered this.
Thanks.
