Hi,

I have a network of Novell machines. I have a separate AD domain with
a member server with Sharepoint Services installed. I would like my
Novell users to be able to authenticate automatically to a Sharepoint
site. Where would I begin to make this happen?

Cheers

You'd beging by telling us which version of Windows SharePoint Services you
have.

They need Windows credentials (AD user or local user) to login to SharePoint
. You would either be running Novell Identity Manager (IDM) to sync the
Novell eDirectory to Windows AD, or just create local users in your
SharePoint server and have them login using those credentials. The
eDirectory username and passwords must match Windows username and passwords
if you wanted it automatic.
