Hello All:
My company currently uses an old version of Track-It! that requires us
to manually enter any help desk issues. We have discussed switching to
SharePoint. However, I need to know if there is a way that after
tickets have been enter and completed, can our manager logon and see
all open and closed tickets??? Do these get stored in a database on
the server? Can we create a SharePoint page just for this viewing?
Please Help, we are wanting to do this within the next month. I value
any thoughts on this issue.

I'd use dedicated Help-Desk software.

Imo you'd be spending a lot of time and would end up with Help-Desk (very)
Lite.

All we are loooking for is something basic. We just want users to be
able to enter a ticket and view that ticket. Also we want the user to
be notified when the ticket is completed.
