Hi All,

I have been assigned a new mini project at work, and I am trying
to determine how I set up the following within Sharepoint 2003.

Requirements:-

I need a list, which contains things such as "Action ID" ,
"Description", "Raised by", "Owner". The intention is for users to
raise a new "Action", and for the action owner to be automatically
notified of the request. (Saves manual intevention)

What is the best way of achieving this?
