Retrieve the form template name and XSN location to SQL database

Hi All



I am very new to Moss 2007 and InfoPath 2007.

Can you please advise me how to do the below tasks.



1. I have 5 InfoPath Templates uploaded in SharePoint Site

2. So I have 5 XSNLocation when I open in browser / to open that
templates instances



Question:

I need to have unique name when user save the form. like
Username+DateTime+Location

I need to have a custom page with button as GetTemplateName in SharePoint
site.

When user click that GetTemplateName button it should save the all the Forms
templates names + xsnlocation available in SPS site to SQLdatabase.



Please help me in advising a solution and sample code if you have any.

You must also be new to the SP newsgroups.

This newsgroup is for people only running either the WSS 2.0 *product*
or the WSS 3.0 product. Not thus for MOSS 2007 users who have lots of
other possible newsgroups to post to which do cover MOSS.

First there is the old SPS 2003 newsgroup
microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver

OR there is the most appropriate of the new newsgroups which deal with
all SP products and versions. The one for Admin questions is
microsoft.public.sharepoint.setup_and_administration but I'd suggst that
this question is posted to the new newsgroup for Programming issues as
you seem to be asking about SP code. That is at
microsoft.public.sharepoint.development_and_programming
