I must have been a bit unclear in my wording.
You're right that with no correct alias both registered *and used when you
write messages* Microsoft support would not come in. I was just trying to
indicate that your (original) message was still available for other people
to answer. [So why didn't they]
Usually by this time of day Wei-Dong XU has replied to managed messages so I
would check once again that when you posted this message that you were using
the correct alias.
The mere fact that I have commented (rather than answered) your message will
not mean that Wei-Dong XU will ignore it.
