I've downloaded and implemented the HelpDesk app that Microsoft released some
time back for Sharepoint. I've gotten it customized almost 100% to our
liking. My last hangup is the notifications for the submitters of tickets.
Thanks to another post I read, someone suggested changing the Assigned to
field to Submitted by. Thereby allowing the submitter to receive
notifications about when I ticket has been modified and so forth. However
the text of the email reads that a ticket assigned to them has been added or
modified. I would like to find the template for that email and adjust so
that it it reflects the submitter. Also if possible, like to include that
Status field from the ticket so that the submitter knows what stage their
ticket is at.

Anyone know if I can do this?
