Hello,

I have a SharePoint 2003 and MS Office 2003 installed
and configured with ISA server. Anytime I try to open a
new Office 2003 document in Intranet environment (using
ISA server), Office 2003 (Word 2003 for example) asks my
user name and a password more of Intranet initial
connexion. If I try to open an Office 2003 documents
with a domain account (directly on IIS SharePoint
server) it asks me not. I have tried to change the basic
authentication with Windows integrated authentication
but the result is the same.

If an Office 2003 session still open, Word asks me not
for an authentication if I try to open a second Office
2003 document.

Can someone tell me why Office 2003 asks me anytime for
authentication?

It is an issue for this problem ?

Thank you!

Regards

dlp

My guess is that ISA isn't allowing the integrated authentication to pass
through, OR the URL you're accessing isn't actually part of the Internet
Explorer "Local Intranet" zone.
