Hi,
I have created a SharePoint page that has a document library in it and 3
office web parts (pivot charts) that are hitting a sql database.
When I view the page stand-alone (via URL) or clicking the link in
SharePoint the web page works fine.
However, I also want this page to show up in Outlook 2003. I have taken my
folder and chosen "Properties" and pasted the URL into the space provided.
However, when I access the page via Outlook, the document library works but
I am getting errors that are related to the Office Web Parts.
It is saying:

Web page outlook://PathToFile is unavailable offline.
To make this page available offline, connect to the Internet, click the
Favorites menu, click Add to Favorites, and then select the Make available
offline check box.
********
Problem is that I am not offline and even if I do what it says, it does
nothing.
Thoughts?
