Hello,

I've noticed that my MSNBC Webparts (Weather, Business, Stocks, etc...)
haven't been updating for a few days now. Is anything experiencing the same
problem? It seems to be stuck on Monday July 3rds information.

Same here. I noticed it with the weather webpart. Says it is 82 degrees
here when it is really 66 as per the NWS.

Hi Tom,

At least I'm not the only one. Maybe it's something on the MSNBC website.
All I know is that if I clear the Temp IE files and cache, when I refresh, I
will get some different information but if I refresh again, it goes back to
65 degrees with thunder showers.

I've even double checked my ISA logs and it looks good. Nothing being
denied, and I even turned of Caching, but it's still not working.

Any MS reps seeing this? Can you look into this?

Thanks,
Mike

I am getting similar results after clearing out temp files etc. However, I
checked with another person who says it is working well. I am using beta 2
of IE 7 and she is using IE 6. So now I am suspicious that IE 7 is tripping
over something.

I'm still using IE6 and on my VPC I have IE7 Beta 2 (didn't download beta 3
yet) but I'm having the same results. I might have to just wait this out for
a few more days and see if it fixes itself, if not, I might have to remove
these webparts. :(

I think I just confirmed the below. I went to a terminal server we have and
the webpart is showing correctly. Again, an earlier, non-IE7 browser. IE 7
must be caching or something. Something MS will need to be looking into.

Weird.

never mind. I just went to the terminal server with IE6 and it shows the
same wrong temp and so on.

rats..

I have no idea what is going on then. But, like you Mike, I will stand pat
for a few days and see what happens.

I am having the same problem. The temp says 78 deg when it is actually over
90 where I am. does anyone have a fix or know when it is going to be fixed?
