MOSS 2007 Workflow copy error

Hi,

I have a form document library which contains an Infopath 2007 web form
template that a user fills out and submits to the library. There is a
workflow in place that once the forms have had content approval they are to
be copied to another form document library. The issue I am having is that the
workflow is stopped once a document has been approved due to the following
error and the form does not get copied:

User ID: System Account
Description: Error copying a list item
Outcome: Unknown Error

The System Account has been given Full Control on both the start and
destination document libraries. I was wondering if there is something I am
over looking here as I have used workflows to copy documents before on
another site and did not come across this issue. I checked the settings on
both the sites where it has worked before and the site I am encountering the
error on and there are no differences.

There is an equivalent portalserver newsgroup at
microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver (for SPS 2003 and MOSS 2007 only)
or you can post your question to the admin newsgroup for all SharePoint
products at microsoft.public.sharepoint.setup_and_administration.
