Our test server has been upgrade to V3 but cosmetically none of the lists
have taken on the V3 look they are instead stuck somewhere between V2 and V3.
Did this happen to anyone else, is it fixable or did the MS "design team"
(and I'm using that term loosly) not worry about having this done since we're
only in beta ATM?
I think all doc/photo libs updated correctly
