I have several document libraries set-up - some of which have custom columns
that reference Groups of people.. For instance - I may have a column called
"Test Person" and it is set to allow selection of people from a Sharepoint
Group called "Test Group" - let's say in Test Group there are three users:
User 1
User 2
User 3
Now let's say that all users of the site includes those users plus two more
named User 4 and User 5. For whatever reason in my Sharepoint site - when
editing any of my documents or creating new ones when the document's Web File
Properties page comes up - the people picker is replaced with a drop-down
that contains ALL users - so in the above example it would contain Users 1 to
3 AND 4 to 5.
Please help. I know this was working before and suddenly - it's not - how do
I get the people-picker back? Note - the people piker works if I edit the
properties of the document directly through Sharepoint - but not when saving
from WORD to Sharepoint.
