Hello,

when I invite people to an existing meeting workspace by Outlook, a new meeting
workspace with a new ID is created; then, there are two instances of the
same meeting (same date, same time) on the left hand menu. It then looks
like a recurrent meeting, but it is defined without a series.

How does one accomplish to invite (or add by invitation) attendees to an
existing meeting workspace without increasing its ID and generating new pages?

Thanks,
David

A meeting workspace is a type of site so presumably you can just as with
normal "Team" sites open the meeting workspace (site) in your browser and
use Site Settings / Manage Users to give new users rights to access the
workspace. You will then be (as usual) given the opportunity to specify that
an e-mail is sent to them.
