I've enabled incoming email on a document library and although the
attachments I send to the list are added to the list, their file names
are always converted to lower case. Has anyone seen this? I've
tried:

* Different email formats (HTML, rich text, plain text)
* Saving the original email to the library (.eml file shows correct
file name casing)

Nothing above has preserved the file names correctly.

I've noticed that emails sent from Exchange come in with lowercase
file names, but an email I just sent in from Gmail came in with a
correctly-cased filename.

Nobody out there has seen this kind of behavior?

Yes, I'm experiencing this too!

I've created a library of sales wins that posts these attachments as
hyperlinks in a web part. It looks very unprofessional for all of the letters
to be lower case.

Did you find any resolution to this problem?
