I am looking for a way to change the text for 'ID' column in All Issues
Datasheet used in the Help Desk Template. Instead of showing "ID" it is
preferred to have it say "Item #".

The "edit in datasheet" does not allow the name to be changed and under
"modify settings and columns" for a View that column is not listed.

Any thoughts or ideas on how this default Column can be edited and changed?
Thank you.

Tony

Didn't you already ask this in the previous thread ?!

(I doubt if you can - as you write it's a default field)
