These sites are not meant to appear in IIS. You should see one site in IIS
which is your
http://servername site, which it looks like in your case is
your Portal site. Site 1 - 3 are contained underneath this Portal site but
this structure is not represented in IIS. This is by design, instead the
structure is contained within the SharePoint tables within the databases
within SQL.
So you aren't meant to see this in IIS because of the way SharePoint is
designed.
