Dear all,

When I click on "Create" (create.aspx), I found that there is only
"Web Pages" category left.

First 4 Categories disappeared.
- Libraries
- Communications
- Tracking
- Custom Lists

Above problem happens at all the sub-site of one site collections.
But it works fine with the site collection of "Central Administration"

Site feature is enabled

Team Collaboration Lists (Enabled, On & Off the feature doesn't help)
Provides team collaboration capabilities for a site by making standard
lists, such as document libraries and issues, available.

Do you have any idea?

When I try to create a new document library by link below
http://sitenameteams/testing/_layouts/new.aspx?FeatureId={00bfea71-e717-4e80-aa17-d0c71b360101}&ListTemplate=101

The form can be shown for edit, but when I submit, I get Access Denied
Error
