Advanced Site Group Rights

I would like to customize a site group but not in the normal way.

I know I can create a new group etc and change as I'd like but I would like
to have a group with certain permissions.

Example : Instead of

Manage List Permissions - Grant, deny, or change user permissions to a list.

I would like

Manage List Permissions - Grant or deny user permissions to a list.

No create etc. Is there a way to define advanced Site Group permissions?

Your choices for Site Group permissions are the options you are given when
you create a new site group (or amend an existing one).

That's it.
