Is there a way for adding list elements from within a FORM web-part?
I need to add persons to a list of participants relative to an event list.
It would be a lot funny if i could read the username from session variables
and if i could provide data to a select list in the FORM web-part from the
event list: this would provide me a "one click subscription".

Thanks in Advance

Probably, but you're describing custom web part development.
Maybe one of the guys in the .development sub group could help.

Thanks
