I am currently running Outlook 2003 in a citrix enviornment. The
citrix server is a 2003 server. Within Outlook I have a folder created
called sharepoint. I have set the homepage for that folder to point to
my sharpoint server and open that page by default.
In my previous enviornment (Citrix running on Windows 2000 Server with
Outlook 2003) when I would click on the folder it would open my
sharepoint Site and I could use it just fine.
Now when I click on the folder I am being asked for my username and
password to access the sharepoint Site. I am using the same network
account and login information as I previously did. Even If I select
remember my username and password I still have to enter it, and
everytime I go to a different page with in the sharpoint site I have to
reenter it.
I am a user of the admin user on the sharepoint site and it is using my
active directory account to access it.
Is there a setting on the 2003 server or within outlook that I am
missing. All of my users are having the same problem, and it all
started occuring once we upgraded from Citrix on windows 2000 Server to
Citrix on windows 2003 Server.
It works just fine if I access it through IE, just not through Outlook.
