I have several users who are not able to copy multiple files from the
Explorer View. They receive the following error message:

Cannot copy Name of Document: Access is Denied

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use.

Any reason why users are not able to copy more than one file at a time?

I've been having a similar problem. Users who are only in the Reader site
group can not copy files from Explorer view or through WebDav. If I create a
special site group copied from the Reader site group and add "Edit Items"
right, they can copy files from the site with explorer view just fine.

Hi...

We had similar problems. Might sound obvious but if it is multiple
files and folders you are copying over just be sure that none of them
are 'checked out' as that will definitly through up the error. I have
also found that the lenght of the filename can affect it.

Cheers

Rod

My workaround was to copy the files using the copy multiple files
functionality. It would've been much better to use the explorer view though.
