hey all,
i face a strange question about URLDownloadToFile() api function,
the funtion always fail to download an URL, but the URL can be opend
well in IE, what's more, the function can works well to download the
URL after i open the URL on IE, it's really puzzle me.
it should be not a question about source code, maybe thing wrong with
IE?
anybody can help me? thanks.

my IE connections keep default:
1=2E never dial a connection
2=2E no proxy for LAN setttings.

a new found:
the problem URL is http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/world (works ok after
ie open it)
but i found http://news.sohu.com/rss/guoji.xml always works OK no
relate with IE open the URL before or not.

OK, Igor.
the problem URL is http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/world (works ok after
ie open it)
