If with DSP you mean Digital Signal Processor, the best thing would be to
contact the local representative of your chip vendor.
I programmed Texas Instruments DSPs some time ago, and it is very easy to
get them to give you a set of reference manuals if they think your company
will move a lot of chips.
And if they don't think so, you can still get pdf version of all of their
reference manuals.
my experienc with DSP vendors is that they are very helpfull because their
goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to use their chips.
