hi Rva,

Microsoft has provided a scriptable object for opening and reading
xml files: "MSXML2.DOMDocument".

This object is thoroughly documented on msdn. And further, there
are numerous code samples on this very ng. You can use "google
advanced group search" to find them:

http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search

And what you want to is very straight-forward.
