I'm trying to write a script to change the location of some
specialfolders when installing the OS (windows XP Pro). But I can only
reach the specialfolders of the user which is logged on. How can I get
and use information of the other users' specialfolders; or is this
impossible ?

Hi,

Before any of the other users have logged on, you can adjust the
"Default User" profile (that will be used when creating a profile
for a new user on a computer)

Set up a user the way you want it. Copy this user's profile to the
"Default User" profile folder (you need to do this copy with another
user that the one you set up as a "template").

Note this one as well:

Availability of the CopyProfile command-line tool to copy a Windows user
profile on a Windows XP-based or a Windows Server 2003-based computer
