Not sure what you want, pick one:

- want to find out IF a domain account is logged in to a particular
computer;
- want to find out WHICH domain accont (if any) is logged in to a particular
computer;
- want to find out WHICH computer a particular domain account is logged
into; or:
- want to find out which accounts are logged in to all computers.

If you username is Lynn

psloggedon -L Lynn

Not a VB solution, but see tip 3438 » Where is <Username>?
and links in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com.

thanks but i find that PsLoggedON queries all the domain controllers in my
domain.
This means that the security admin will not like that.
is there are better way to do it?
