    - HTMLEncode gives incorrect unicode Hi I have a strange problem From exchange server I get the data to ASP page using the webdav technlogy. There are mail which contains Western Europian characters. These western Europian characters returned properly to ASP pages. In one server(IIS) when I do Server.HTMLEncode of that europian characters it gives me the wrong unicode and also it displays some junk charecters , but the same code on the other server gives me proper unicode and displays the characters properly. I have found a work around for that using ADODB.Stream and reading the charecters by setting charset property to "utf-8". After that it works properly. But its a problem in only one server(IIS), the other one gives properly. Is there any setting needs to be done at IIS.     - Selecting a value in a list box. Strange IF THEN problem. Hi, I have a simple list box on an a ASP page which is populated by a recordset named rsThemes. Depending on from where the user browses into the page the Selected value is either taken from a field in a recordset named rsChosenEvent (Method A) or from passed value in the URL named txtTheme (Method B). Method A works perfectly, but for some reason that I just cant find Method B will not work. If I simply response.write("txtTheme") I get the correct value but if I try to use that value in an IF statement it just wont work. Can anyone see why? I'm absolutely baffled.     - Inventory I have an access database that has our inventory. There is one table that has the computer name and the memory column. I've also created a script in the past to read the computer name from a file, get inventory from it (like hd size and total memory) and write it to a file. Well, what I would like to do now, is use the access database in a similar fashion. Instead of reading from a file, I would like to read from the computer name column and update the memory column. But there is always a prompt box shows up on use's machine asking where the file should be saved. In my special case, I want the file to be saved always on user's C:\WUTemp directory. My functions gets processed by server and not client Hi, I've managed to, make my COM remoteable register my COM on my client pc configure DCOM using dcomcnfg Run my script on my client and it work beautifully except, The function I'm calling checks the diskspace and returns the value. The values I'm getting is the diskspace left on the server where the COM is installed! How can I let the function run on my machine?     - Parsing html unsuccessful. Tried VBscript and Perl. GURU's Wanted!! Basically, all I am trying to accomplish is extract all content between the <BODY> and </BODY> tags. I can read the entire file in and write it to another file, all contents, including the tags are there, so I can read it. When I msgbox the variable which contains the content of html, all of the html does not show up! Usually the </BODY> is at the end and therefore a regular expression is not matched. Does anyone know a way to set the default Archive location in Outlook
2003? Group policy allows you set the limits but not the location. We
want to change this from the local profile to a network location.
Right now the only way to do it is to manually configure each machine.
