You can normally accomplish this by issuing the following command at
the CMD prompt:
nbtstat -a <IP Address>

If you're trying to take a list of IPs like that returned from MS'
MS03-039 scanning tool, you're welcome to use the script located at:
http://www.mousetrax.com/downloads.hmtl#NetBIOSNameResolver
