Ah, OK, we can do that real quick...

Step 1 : Net File | Find /I "filename.extension" <- Forgot the
/I switch last time, sorry.
Step 2 : Net Session | Find /I "username"

You could write a script to do this, I've just never had reason to since
it's just a two-step process.

Be aware that's it's possible for a user to be logged in to two or more
machines at once, and net session will show you all of them. I've never
investigated correlating the fileID to the machine, but I'm sure it's in a
process table somewhere.

Is there a way to do this from a remote machine and if the user wanting to
know is not Administrator?
