To limit one users access on a stand alone PC. I have set
the login time window with the NET USER command.

Then I set through GPEDIT.MSC the Windows, Security, Local Policy, Security,
Microsoft Network Security, Logoff user after logon hours expires to
Enabled. (exact descriptions may diver, I have Dutch XP version).

Finally I tried to force logoff with this option, both NET ACCOUNTS
/FORCELOGOFF:0 and NET ACCOUNTS
/FORCELOGOFF:5 but nothing happened at the expiration time. On the Microsoft
website I learned that if no domain is set, the local machine is assumed.

Anyone have an idea why I cannot get this to work properly?

Those setting simple disconnect a session with a server.
Use LimitLogon from tip 9159 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com
