It would also help to state your "claim' a little bit more verbose
to see which side you are on.

------

Personally since win95 I use atguard, that blocks cookies,
popups, advertisement, and has a firewall (in and out)

It was a free beta and does not work well on win2000 (SP..?)
and not at all on windows2003.

atguard is out of business and so went my desire to upgrade on this
platform.

I get 5 unwanted 'service' request a minute on pws 4.

5*60*24 That is for one machine 7200 a day.

Compared to google 200,000,000 day / 15,000 servers
that is 13,000 a day a server, I get more bad requests than they get
overall.

Hope that helps.

Yeep, pretty good.

While I have little use for it,

the Danish always were years ahead.

The Netscape big mouth that provoked a turning point
in 'who gives whom' bug credit comes to mind.

Maybe you can slashdot.com or heise.de

to make sure.

You can not really nail/proof process priorities by using "send keys"

And any 'other' script may (have) preempt(ed) claims otherwise
in that "send keys" context.

-----------

Still your "issue" is UNKNOWN.

Thanks for your replys :-).
Todd Vargo (alt.msdos.batch) said that the "(" character can be sent in
curly brackets {(}.
After a discussion, I rewrote my script "ReadCookie.VBS" again (3 lines),

if createObject("wScript.shell").appActivate("Internet Explorer")then
createObject("wScript.shell").sendKeys"{f4}vbScript:document.cookie~"
else msgBox"IE Browser was not open.",,"OOPS:": end if
