Can anyone give me a sample script to change IE proxy settings from one IP
address to another which will apply to all users in XP and Win2k?

Hi

As this is defined in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry branch, you could
e.g. use a logon script or launch the script from the RUN key in
registry so it runs at every logon for every user.

To be able to do it in one sweep for all users on a computer, you would
need to load all the user hives one by one and do the change.
