There's no documentation that covers specifics of 2003-NT trust
relationship, but the utilities like Netdom and Nltest (from the Windows
200/2003 Support Tools) support NTLM trusts - you can verify and reset the
trust, enable debugging etc.
Also, it would be good to enable logon audit and take a look at the event
logs for events that may be relevant to the problem. As for the System
Attendant problem - the service most certainly logs sufficient amount of
information. You may wish to post description of the problm and events to
Exchange grous.
