I've received a message claiming to be from
security@microsoft.com titled "Use this patch
immediately".

It reads exactly as follows:
Dear friend, use this Internet Explorer patch now!
There are dangerous virus in the Internet now!
More than 500,000 already infected!

I figure that it is a virus, judging by the way it
was worded. Anyway, I couldn't detect any virus through
a scan of the e-mail. Any idea on what it may be before
I just blow it away?
