Hi,
I have ZA pro running, NAV 2004, when I run a system security check from
either Sygate or Gibson research It tells me that it has pinged my machine
and tells me the ip addy of my machine then it goes on to tell me that all
of my ports are stealthed but
Ping Reply: RECEIVED (FAILED) - Your system REPLIED to our Ping (ICMP Echo)
requests, making it visible on the Internet. Most personal firewalls can be
configured to block, drop, and ignore such ping requests in order to better
hide systems from hackers. This is highly recommended since "Ping" is among
the oldest and most common methods used to locate systems prior to further
exploitation.

Now I have ICS firewall enabled, wireless router firewalled, what am I
supposed to do to acheive total security?

Total security would involve 24 hour armed guards, a total airgap
between you and the oputside world and likely a Faraday cage to stop
electronic eavesdropping. What you really want to know is how to make
the GRC site show you a clean bill of health, regardless of your
actual vulnerabilities.

Set Zone Alarm Pro to stop ICMP traffic. Result is no Ping reply.
GRC is happy, you're happy and your overall security is basically
unaffected.
