My first question is to find out if there is a more ideal place to post
questions regarding SUS (I couldn't find a SUS-specific newsgroup).

My next question is regarding SUS...I have gone in the synchronization
options and checked only the "English" updates but while watching the sync,
I see it's downloading lot's of foriegn language versions of stuff...am I
doing something wrong?

TIA

Fyi, there is a separate newsgroup for SUS:

microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs

URL to the group softwareupdatesvcs for those who uses the Web
interface to access the newsgroups:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/community/newsgroups/dgbrowser/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs

A Web site about SUS with a FAQ and a SUS forum:
http://www.susserver.com/

More SUS Web sites:
http://www.cites.uiuc.edu/sus/faq.html
http://www.faqshop.com/sus/default.htm

If that is the DotNet Framework update, that is perfectly normal
and as designed (because you can run dirrerent language versions
of the DotNet Framework on an English OS).
