routinely when surfing the web, after the first one or two sites visited, I get the
"page can not be displayed" response when clicking links or attempting to visit other
sites. I have checked with my ISP and no server problems. If I disconnect my dial up
connection and reconnect, then I can browse again for the first couple of pages, and the routine starts again. anybody have any idea what is going on?
thanks

It's not a security related issue, it sounds more like a DNS issue or
problems with your dialup connection. Try a DNS group or your phone
company's support.
